DENVER FREAKS HOUSE RULES
- Denver Freaks is a contemporary and alternative lifestyle social group serving the Denver community. We gather monthly for social happy hours, sex parties, bisexual orgies, and more.
- Single ladies are highly respected in the Denver Freaks Community. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted and, if excessive, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of a couple's membership.
- Denver Freaks does not release a guest's private information to other guests; nor does Denver Freaks sell guest information. To contact a Denver Freaks guest, you will need to ask the guest directly at an Denver Freaks party.
- Negotiate boundaries before you play, with every partner, every time. Don't make assumptions – just because someone is consenting with another partner doesn‘t mean you have permission, too.
- No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision. Consent is paramount!
- Absolutely no hate speech, ageism, body shaming, transphobia or racism of any kind will be tolerated
- Please respect the Denver Freaks venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.
- All guests should respect the dignity of others. No rude conduct toward guests or staff will be permitted.
- Please keep your voice down outside and respect the neighborhood.
- No cell phone cameras or recording devices are permitted for use.
- Please be mindful of consumption. Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.
- Also, while we do not judge anyone for how you have fun, for the comfort and security of all our guests, hard drugs and smoking of any kind are prohibited. NO Smoking in the Venue although vaping is fine Disruptive guests will be asked to leave.
- If you bring a guest or recommend someone to join the event, you are responsible for that person.
- Promoting competing events or services (paid or free) at Denver Freaks or on the Denver Freaks network may result in membership suspension. In particular, any parties advertised on the same weekend as a Denver Freaks will result in immediate account review.
- You agree to indeminify and hold the club, its management, staff, agents and venues, harmless of any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to the same) made by yourself or a third party, for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.
